Good news for owners of later models Jayco vans wit hJtech2 suspension!

After a prolonged R&D period, we now have a suitable kit constructed to add load assist air bags to Jtech2 equipped Jayco vans.

Our kit utilises Polyair Ultimate series air bags to significantly improve the stability and safety of towing your caravan, while allowing an increase in ATM, GTM, or load carrying capacity.

Our air bag kit will sustain higher loads while retaining the caravan ride height and bump stop clearance. Computer modelling and in service testing have proven this is a viable solution for Jayco Vans.

Also available is a dual shock absorber installation that significantly reduces rebound bump in JTech2 suspension.

An ATM increase up to 4500kgs is possible on selected dual axle vans and 2750kgs on single axle caravans.
